Facts and prices are given with reservation for typos and any improperly defined technical specifications. We also reserve the right not to carry out an order, for example if the item is out of stock or due to technical problems. We reserve the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected. BROKEN AT DELIVERY
Should you receive a defect/broken or wrongly supplied product, contact customer service, email@example.com, so you can take a dip as fast as possible. This has to be done within a reasonable time frame. If you as the customer have been prevented to examine the goods on delivery please do so as soon as possible. We will take care of your complaint and get back with return instructions. When selling to consumers (private person(s)) valid under the consumer sales to Brallor Originals, upon purchase, by consumers to remedy the defect or deliver substitute goods if it can be done without unreasonable cost or inconvenience to Brallor Originals. Our website www.brallor.com and its sub-domains always have the right, at its own expense, to rectify the error, eg by repair, or replace one with a flawless be of similar quality and appearance.

When paying by invoice, we cooperate with Svea Ekonomi AB. To act against the bill, you must enter your social security number or company registration number. Condition to act against the bill include that you are registered in the population register in Sweden and is over 18 years. You may not have any credit history. All Brallor invoices are transferred to Svea Ekonomi AB. Invoice payment terms are 14 days. If payment is agreed and a reminder charge. Interest paid 2% per month. For non-payment forwarded the invoice to the collection. Customary credit check is done to ensure that personal data submitted at the checkout, in some cases, this means that a credit is taken. All products sold in our web-shop have a one-year guarantee from the date of purchase under the following conditions. Our international warranty covers any manufacturing or material defects. We guarantee that the products you ordered are free from manufacturing defects for a year from the date the product was delivered. This warranty does not apply to failures occurring during or after the altercation of the functionality and appearance. It also does not apply when external damage to the product. If you have not followed our washing instructions on our website and on the care-label of the inside of every swim-shorts the warranty is invalid. The warranty does not cover the waterproof packaging since it is seen as a packaging not a product. Brallor Originals take no responsibility what so ever for ay items damaged when stored in the waterproof bag. For service, contact our customer service by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. Please note that the manufacturer has up to three attempts to repair the product before we are required to replace it.
Note that your warranty is not valid in the following cases,
– Damages, and/or malfunctioning of the swim-shorts after the terms of warranty.
– Damage and/or failure caused by improper use or carelessness.
– Damaged and/or bleached/miss-colored due to improper washing, sunlight, to much chlorine or salt-water.
– Damage and/or failure caused by modifications or unjustifiable repair.
– Damages and/or malfunction, caused by unauthorized persons or its representatives.
– Damages caused by “daily use”, so called wear and tear.
– Postage, insurance and other non-repair expenses are excluded from warranty.

Shipping & Delivery
METHOD AND COST
To make a purchase as smooth and as fast as possible we offer all customers a fixed flat shipping rate of 49 SEK / 7 USD / 6 EURO on all our products, including VAT. No minimum order quantity needed. If you are outside of EU VAT is removed on the shipping cost. VAT is 25%. We also offer free world-wide shipping when ordering two pairs or more! The swim-shorts are first individually packed in our custom made waterproof bag and the packaged in a cardboard box. We ship all orders via Posten or/and PostNord.

Within Scandinavia: 3-6 Days
Within Europe: 4-12 Days
Outside Europe: 8-18 Days
Please note that the delivery time may vary, due to external factors we cannot influence like weather issues, handling or/and customs. Although we always ship out your order as fast as possible with all the information and forms needed to make it go through custom rapidly. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Once an order confirmation has been received, the customer has 12 hours (within the cut off time) to contact email@example.com to request a change of address. If past this time, we are not always able to get this changed and the item(s) will then be sent to the original address.
Returns & Exchange
As a customer you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days from the date you received the product, provided that swimming trunks are unused because there is a hygiene factor to take to consideration, you would not want to wear used underwear right, this is just the same. Although this time period might be extended during certain circumstances, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information. Always contact our customer service before you return any product(s). In order to more quickly handle your case please provide the order number when contacting us.
For the return to be approved, the returned item(s) have to be substantially unaltered. The item should be packaged well, along with all possible accessories. Damage in transit due to inadequate packaging will be charged to your account. Put no address labels directly on their packaging without protecting the original packaging. You must pay for return postage unless the return is about a broken product(s) then we will repay the cost (note that you have to include the receipt in the package for a full refund). Returns cannot be made as cash on delivery.

All of ur our models are true to size and have the same slim fit with a shorter custom cut. Brallor also feature a net on the inside to keep your package in place, total of three pockets and a small cut on the end of each leg for a more combatable fit.

Wash & Care Guide
Sort your laundry after washing temperature and color. It is best to sort clothes in the dark, gently colored and white. With prints on white ground is often particularly sensitive to washing and should be handled with extra care. Do not use detergent with bleach. Keep in mind that the waistbands in Brallor swimwear is made of 100% premium polyester, which is often premature wear of tumble drying or dryer. We do not recommend use of tumble dryer and if you want to iron them do so with a cool iron. Measure the detergent following the instructions on the packaging. Overdose does not give better washing results. Keep in mind that detergent overdosing is also worse for nature.
Can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, with some exceptions, this will happen via either e-mail or text message. If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery time, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
How long does it take before I get my order?
Delivery time varies depending on where you live. But the estimated delivery times are, within Sweden: 2-4 days, within Scandinavia: 3-6 days, within Europe: 4-12 days , outside Europe: 8-18 days. Can I change or cancel my order?
We always ship our orders within 24 hours after the order has been placed and payed (counting workdays and not Saturday, Sundays or Red days). If you regret or want to change your order before you have received it, please contact us as soon as possible via email@example.com.
How do I change or return a product?
As a customer, you always have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days from the date you received the product. Note that swimshorts are classed as a hygien product and therefor cannot be returned if the swimshorts are used or have been tried without clothes under, for example underwear.
Why did I not receive an order confirmation?
An order confirmation is always sent after an order has been placed. If you have not received confirmation, it may be because you provided an incorrect e-mail address, or that the order was canceled. We ship all orders with PostNord Logistics. We first individually package all swimshorts in a waterproof bag then we put it in a environment-friendly wellpap-box that you can recycle.

NorthTwentytwo is a Swedish watch brand that creates watches. The watches are crafted for the harsh and varied yet beautiful climate of the North. We design, assemble and package all watches and wristbands in Stockholm. Our workshop is located i Stockholm. The brand was founded in 2014, twentytwo kilometers north of Stockholm. Stockholm is the capital of Sweden. This gave two young entrepreneurs the idea of giving the brand the name NorthTwentytwo. The vision is the motivation to craft Scandinavian minimalistic wrist-wear. This is what drives the company forward. Using only high quality materials like for example Swiss movements, 316l stainless steel and sapphire crystal glass.
Our first watch collection is named Nord. With watches named after cities in Scandinavia. The collection consists of several models for both him and her. All watches in the range use a Swiss Ronda 785 quartz movement. With the female version being 36mm in size with a 16mm wide strap. With the male version being 40mm in size with a 20mm wide strap.
