RETURN YOUR PRODUCT
To return your product(s), please email us for further instructions. You will then get a reply containing instructions on how to go forward with your return. Once we get your return we will send you a confirmation. We do not offer free return when exchanging or returning a product.
As a customer you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days from the date you received the product, provided that swimming trunks are unused because there is a hygiene factor to take to consideration, you would not want to wear used underwear right, this is just the same. Although this time period might be extended during certain circumstances, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information. Always contact our customer service before you return any product(s). In order to more quickly handle your case please provide the order number when contacting us.
For the return to be approved, the returned item(s) have to be substantially unaltered. The item should be packaged well, along with all possible accessories. Damage in transit due to inadequate packaging will be charged to your account. Put no address labels directly on their packaging without protecting the original packaging.

Important! Write your order number, such as #1234 on the package or on a note in the package when you return your item to us.
Remember to not return your product to our office address but to the address above which is to our third party warehouse that is managed by DreamLogistics AB.
