METHOD AND COST
The shipping method and cost varies depending on your shipping adress. The method and cost will be calculated during checkout. Swedish orders are usually shipped with DHL and sometimes PostNord while EU- and International orders are usually shipped with UPS and sometimes . We offer free shipping within Sweden when ordering for above 1000 SEK and free world-wide (when outside of Sweden) shipping when ordering over 200 EUROS.
Within Sweden: 1-3 Days
Within Scandinavia: 2-4 Days
Within Europe: 4-5 Days
Outside Europe: 6-9 Days
Shipping cost is calculated for your destination (shipping address) at checkout.
Note that delivery time may vary, depending on external factors that we can not influence the weather or/and customs. We always send out your order as soon as possible with all the information and forms necessary to make it go as fast as possible through customs. For some destinations, we can not always guarantee these time frames. For more specific information (shipping times) contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Once an order confirmation has been received, the customer has 12 hours (within the cut off time) to contact email@example.com to request a change of address. If past this time, we are not always able to get this changed and the item(s) will then be sent to the original address.
If a package is not picked up and sent back to us and we will contact you about your order via the email you specified in the order. If we get the answer to send the package back, we will do it for free. If we get a response to the decision that the order should be returned, or if we do not receive a reply within seven working days, we will refund the amount of the order, minus a commission for the lost shipping cost. This amount is 100 SEK or 10 EUR regardless country depending on what currency you paid in.
